I hav ordered a Emotiva RCA cable from them a couple of months ago to check their service.. Received the package in about 2 weeks.. so ordered a more expensive item about a month back...when i was finally able to get thru to them (the buggers r not answering the phone) said thast my item is with customs & will be able to clear it next week

seems like it depends on the value of the order (since we give at least half the amount as advance )
