Both of us apologised to you on this issue. I believe a refund was issued. I'm personally quite sad about this as I was really hoping we could get your laptop through. I still don't quite know what went wrong.
I do know this caused you a huge amount of frustration and on behalf of everyone here I'm deeply sorry.
Let me clarify a bit. I didn't wait for it like a small kiddo who is looking for a toy. I'v ordered it as replacement for my broken laptop. As i got to do some MSc assignments and personal work.
But true, i ended up in frustration. You guys were telling its coming this month, next week and finally said its lost.
Tell me how many times you guys did mistakes on this order ? This not rocket science or very complicated stuff.
Lets not talk about it further. Now its over. I'v got the refund, Thanks for it.

I was WTF ??? then how come I received a msg from you saying that the item has arrived at your warehouse ? then how come your staff told me that the item is in Sri Lanka & has not been cleared yet ?
Also Corsair is one of the best HW companies in the world..they will never do that
