    Both of us apologised to you on this issue. I believe a refund was issued. I'm personally quite sad about this as I was really hoping we could get your laptop through. I still don't quite know what went wrong.

    I do know this caused you a huge amount of frustration and on behalf of everyone here I'm deeply sorry.

    Let me clarify a bit. I didn't wait for it like a small kiddo who is looking for a toy. I'v ordered it as replacement for my broken laptop. As i got to do some MSc assignments and personal work.

    But true, i ended up in frustration. You guys were telling its coming this month, next week and finally said its lost.

    Tell me how many times you guys did mistakes on this order ? This not rocket science or very complicated stuff.

    Lets not talk about it further. Now its over. I'v got the refund, Thanks for it. :)

    All of us here are truly sorry about the inconvenience you experienced, also the time you spent and all waiting for this :(

    To answer your question... looking at the system there were shipping issues which caused it to be rerouted twice :(

Next Week එකේලු ලංකාවට එන්නේ.. අපි ගොන්නු කියල හිතන් මුන් කතා කරනවද දන්නේ නෑ.. බොරු කීමේත් සීමාවක් තියනවා. Item එකක් order කරාම මාසයක් ගියමද මුන් Shipment එකට දාන්නේ..??? Oder කරලා මාසයක් වෙනවා තාම Item එක ලන්කාවටවත් ඇවිත් නෑ... දවසින් දවස මුන් එක එක බොරු කියනවා.. මම තව සතියයි බලන්නේ.. මෙච්චර කල් පරක්කු කරලා තව ටික දවසකින් කියයි Item එක Missing කියල..

    But how can u take more than 2 weeks to clear a shipment ? Its unacceptable

    If now its more than 1 month.. if this is the case then why do we chose air shipping ? better to chose shipping by sea as looking at the time my item is taking it takes the same amount of time as sea shipping

    If they r not lying & my item is still at customs..whats the explanation for not clearing it for 2 weeks ? u call this professional service ?

    As your guys told me ..
    Two times ordered to a wrong address. Then submitted wrong shipping documents and shipment rejected. Then shipment re-routed in wrong path (lets blame it on DHL). Finally item was lost.

    But do you have any idea how it lost ?

    I was wondering the same thing.. either they r lying or they have the most inefficient & unprofessional clearance agents in the world..or Kapruka just dont give a shit about their customers

    Yeah. What's the point of Selecting Shipping by air. There is no tracking as well. Just the Notification SMS's they send from time to time.
    They are really Messing up. Too bad though such a great concept. If only they provided a proper service with timely delivery. Or better shipping options where they actually get the items within a week.

    the CEO replied to me saying that Corsair may NOT have shipped the item to their warehouse.. :oo: I was WTF ??? then how come I received a msg from you saying that the item has arrived at your warehouse ? then how come your staff told me that the item is in Sri Lanka & has not been cleared yet ? :baffled: Also Corsair is one of the best HW companies in the world..they will never do that :frown:

    then the CEO sent 2 other messages saying that the first mail might be a mistake & will check & one of his people will call me..nobody called me but I called a guy named Absal who is the only guy who atleast is willing to help you out

    He assured me that he has contacted the clearing guy & will get back to me on where my item is exactly.. if not He gave me his word that he will refund my payment on Wednesday

    and to add to that I have another item with them which i ordered much later to this.. DAMN

    Very very unprofessional service so far :no:
