Need help.
I work for public sector. As an audit Superintendent.
I have IELTS and 3 + Experince as an "External Auditor" with age and all with Spouse marks i may get 65 or 70.
I have an issue with the Experience letter. in Govt they only gives certifying my designation and working from - todate like basic letter. It does not give any details. So i need to get the full detail letter from my immediate boss with but without the Govt. letterhead. In that case Assessing body asked a statutory declaration.
My questions are
1. What is a statutory declaration.
2. Have you familiar with those type of experince letters
thanks in advance
You might as well go through the above scenariomachan i also want to clarify something....the previous place which i worked for 6 months,i was only got a service letter. No epf, etf. So to prove my work exp,is only the service letter sufficient?
A lawyer is not supposed to be present by the time you sign it but you need to get that certified as a true copy of the original when you produce it.Thank you for your reply which was given earlier.
Now we can get a service letter from the Gvt. and detail work done by supervising member who is the immediate boss. So i can send both together for skill assessment.
1. Statutory declaration singed in front of a Lawyer and have witnessed also. Is that the correct way?
2. For the assessment we have ICAA,CPA and IPA accounting bodies. ICAA and CPA does not have mentioned about Statutory declaration. Only IPA has mentioned such thing. But IPA is very expensive. Do i have a risk to apply to ICCA or CPA.
Thanks in Advance
Normally, no one needs to show his or her IELTS result to get an assessment. ACS never asks for your IELTS result, but it will give you a proper assessment for her degree and experience. The Department of Immigration asks for IELTS when applying for a visa but only the primary applicant needs to have the required score. The spouse needs to get a lower score than that as she is included in the same visa application to claim 5 points but not that she is lodging a fresh application for herself. Your wife's IELTS score, her degree & experience must be enough to claim her portion.MAchoo
This is about partner qualification.
My wife has IT Degree and 6.5 General for IELTS. She works as a "Business Analyst" and has 6 years of experience. we are planning to claim 5 points for partner qualifications for her IT qualification.
1. Will She be able to assess her degree from ACS with General 6.5 IELTS for "Bus. Ana"
2. Since she is not the primary applicant still she need IELTS 7? Cos immigration is asking only for 6.5 general for spouse.
if the sopuse need 6.5 general and if ACS needs 7 for "BA" is i can see a conflict.
Could you pls help.
Thanks in Advance
Yes. IELTS is a mandatory requirementI have completed my degree at SLIIT which was CURTIN Univeristy IT degree awarded by aussi...
If i apply for aussie PR do i need to do IELTS ??
It depends on the program you select. You may get exemptions based on your prior studies completed in the UK. The duration of studies expected to be undertaken will decide your course fee and funds you need to show when applying for visa.I have completed a HND in network engineering and telecommunication systems in UK and I'm back to SL. Thinking of applying for an australian uni can you give me an idea about showing funds. Thanks
Bachelor / Master have the same points allocation.
No matter, how many you have but you will be given only 15 points unless a you study for a doctorate. It happens because an applicant is assessed against a specific job category and need to have that particular qualification. Another degree means another job category. So it will have a conflict unless otherwisewhat about having two or more degrees machn ? do they get individual marks or only 15 for all ?
The demand is still high for certified or chartered accountants. Management degree holders are given considerations based on the job category in the SOL. Otherwise, the demand is less for them.Machan how is the demand for acca qualified accountants and management degree holders?
