I think this will be a problem for Malaysian Airlines over Boeing..
This can be the end of the air line.

As of now plane didn't crash due to a technical issue. So it won't be a big issue for Boeing.

Well if it did crash or plunged into the ocean, then the equipment on the plane should send signals just before the impact, no matter how catastrophic the failure is. There were no sign of such signals emitted from the aircraft. So if that's the case, Boeing may not face legal sanctions, but the reliability of their equipment might be questioned.

We can now safely rule out the possibility of pilot suicide as it has been flying for hours off course. The change of course happened just before the communications had dropped and then the aircraft's transponders went down, leaving the aircraft out of grid and unseen. In other words, pilots of the aircraft seemed to be manipulated to turn off the transponders and change the course. Then after losing communication, the aircraft popped up in one of the military radar confirming the change of trajectory. However the hijackers, if there were any, had forgotten to turn of the other com system of the aircraft, which is the one sent the aircraft, speed, altitude,etc information. Upon collecting and analyzing the data, the US experts concluded that the aircraft was flying under normal conditions.
