Thank you for the explanation. Few more things to clarify.
So direct link is like when we download a software from cnet.download.com right?

But when we download from a file hosting site like, hugefiles we need to have the premium membership to get the full speed. Without it the download speed is much slower than the normal direct link download.

How can we use these private torrent trackers to our benefit? What do you mean by fast releases, good quality? Are you referring movies/tv series release dates and audio/video quality or something else?
What are these membership sites for private torrent trackers? Are you talking about sites like piratebay/kickass?

Same as above, how can we use Seedbox? Can we get direct links from it cause the torrent client is hosted in a server? Is this like Zigbz.com?

I hope you would help me to understand these things. I'm kind of new.
