if you are employed take some salary slips and employment conf letter
If you are married take the marriage certificate
If you have money in accounts or any other properties like lands vehicles take those docs too

Basically they want to make sure you come back without staying there... above stuff are some of the evidence that you come back
I have gone for business visa but they didn't ask for those... but it depends... I saw some people getting rejected
Also if you dont have a good salary that's one of the reasons they may reject... coz they will suspect ppl with low salaries are going to stay and do jobs.... that happened to one of my coworkers and he got rejected saying salary isn't enough

Basically if u can prove u come back that's it....
