my way of making godamba roti
ingredients
4 cups flour
salt to taste
2 cups of oil
extra 2 tbsp of oil
lukewarm water
method
>add flour to a bowl and salt
>then add lukewarm water little by little and mix the dough. add 2 tbsp of oil and mix the dough well. (make the dough until it does not sticking on to ur hand and the bowl)
>divide the dough into equal small parts of round shape dough balls
>dip the small parts of dough balls into the 2 cups of oil in a bowl and cover it with a damp cloth
>leave the oil dipped dough for 10-12 hours (at least 2 hrs)
>then make rotis out of small dough balls (make sure it's thin)
>put rotis on the hot pan and fry it until light golden color
