පුලුවන්. මම කොමර්ෂල් බැංකුවේ සහ සම්පත් බැංකුවේ දෙකේම කාඩ් එකතු කරලා තියෙන්නේ පේපැල් වලට. හැබැයි මේවායෙන් පුලුවන් සල්ලි ගෙවන්න විතරයි. වෙන කෙනෙක් ඔයාට දෙන සල්ලි ලැබෙන්නෙ නෑ.

just go to PAYPAL , make a account, from their add Debit card details in adding credit card option . Watch few Youtube videos for doing this to get a clear Picture. no documentation need from BANK, it just accepted by PAYPAL.

Call the bank and ask to release your debit card to do online payments! when done sign up with Paypal, add your card number! call aging bank and ask for your Paypal activation number! DONE!!

Im using it,All you have to do is,you need a egit paypal account,not that malaysian bullshit, go to paypal account ,add credit card section,add your card,then paypal gonna charge you 1.95$,then with that transaction they sending you a 4 number pin code,you have to cal 2353353 number and get that code and enter it to credit card section,that's all

menna meeka hariyatama hari machan ... this is what I also did and I have done many transactions with it. just link the card to paypan and get verified by calling commercial card center and providing paypal the verification code.
