you can start through following ways to a degree,

    1. Advance dip or HND
    2. Direct Bachelors Degree program
    3. Professional qualification (IBSL also better)

Advantages of 1 & 3 is before you will be a degree holder you already have a acceptable qualification. And you can stop at any stage if you want and that stage also be a part qualification. it's very easy to do as part time as well.
Advantages of 2 is you can have all the benefits of an under graduate student :D

    For MBA;

In govt or semi govt you have to fulfill the requirements of MBA.

    1. Relevant Bachelors Degree > Relevant Masters Degree
    2. Any Bachelors Degree + acceptable experience
    3. Prifessional qualification + Experience
    4. Relevant HND + acceptable Managerial experience more than the above
    5. Acceptable experience of managerial position of your own business organization (should be accept by the uni.)
I mean this all should be accepted by the university.

And they will check whether do you need a MBA actually.

but you can gain a MBA by some private institutes more easier than semi gov or gov universities.
