If the product has a defect it should be immediately taken out of the shelf and discarded. Then we can look at the production line and tweak things to make the new products better.

So I'm all in for implementing this !

most of the rapists are mentaly ill people, capital punishment means nothing for them.

As human beings we have to understand they too are human beings and we shoud try our best to fix their mentality, thats why there are mental institutions. ofcourse our medical system isn't sophisticated enough to cure them people perfecltly, but we have to start from somewhere.

I would suggest proper rehabilitation, re correction..isolation if danger to society..

you are buddhist right? how can you take a mans life depriving him of his right to redeem himself of his sins?
