Honda S660
Honda S660 is a very lightweight, mid-engined, roadster sports car. Its engine capacity is 660cc. According to Honda's sale plan in their official website, 800 units of Honda S660 cars would be sold in japan monthly. Only the Honda S660 CONCEPT EDITION model was limited to 660 units in Japan. 
And cars' price expands from 1,980,000 yen to 2,380,000 yen which is about 23,00,000 rupees to 27,70,000 rupees at the moment. So a car's basic price is less than 30 lakhs without Sri Lankan taxes.

However it is mentioned in their site that Premium Star White Pearl (new color) is more expensive than other models as below,
"32,400 yen extra charge for Premium Star White Pearl (new color), Premium Mystic Night Pearl and Premium Beach Blue Pearl"
So basically price range of these cars without Sri Lankan taxes would be between 23 lakhs to 28 lakhs.
