but I red the bottom line of vision check. they didnt give.

then you have to get a special permit from RMV and even then I don't think you will able to get it. there are no such thing called licence free scooters in sri lanka unless you get a electric wheel chair.

these type of wheel chairs are available at Union Chemists, Union Place, Colombo2

my medical says "modified motor car and under the regulations of RMVs for disabled.
that also on spesified route only.
no need if wheel chair. my legs hands OK. only right eye.
