Municiple councile and the police in nuwaraeliya should have to responsible for all the shit this season,,

10 hour fucking vehicle traffic at all the ways entering to the nuwaraeiya city on 16 th ,, i didnt see even 10 traffic police officers around these places to handles the situation ,, Only non trained PC's are all over the roads and they multiply the traffic,,,


Municiple counsil and other officers should have to pre planned these festival days to control a massive crowd ,, very poor organizing all over the city..
