I had given them the lease documents, I had paid them rest of the amount. But there was a statement from the bank (in the lease agreement) saying that I accept the vehicle in mint condition without any issues. So I only signed that doc the same day I received the car and yes in the yard I check the vehicle before signing it. dont get too confused

In that case you are wrong machan, you can do that. You have to check everything before you sign, they have a document for that as well. If all accessories were in order (inventory document)
