It seems you guys have seborrheic dermatitis. Its hard to find a permanent cure. But can be controlled. What are the products have you used on your scalp and took orally? (if any). Doxycycline works pretty well. But as long as you take them orally, you're fine. Once you stop, comes back and spread so fast on everywhere on scalp.

Try this and see if it works. Trim/cut your hair as short as possible. Get a ripened sour banana (ඇඹුල් කෙසෙල්) and peel it. Take the flesh and mash it with your palm or fist. Apply on your head skin. Leave it for about 10min to 15min and rinse off with coal tar/ketoconazole shampoo.

If you want to try another product, use betamethasone dipropionate (Beprogel) on your scalp (head skin) about 1hr after taking a shower. Using this with above shampoos will give you a great result. Use this every day and shampoo about once every 3 days.
