Listen up ya'll Homo sapiens. GYM is out of date concept. Go for Freeletic workouts..... In a typical gym you might lift weights, use stationary machines, take an aerobics class & lot of harmful supplements (same like the person who posted this thread) eventually you'll be a sick fuck....
"Freeletics" is just another bodyweight/calisthenic exercise program. It may leads to healthy full fill abs with strong body forever. No any harmful supplements or workouts. it should provide a good cardiovascular workout, and moderate strengthening and toning overall.
If you are looking for a lean, toned physique....Then it's likely as good as any provided you control your diet as well.
