Biggest problem of this country is Ministry Secretaries. These idiots lacks creativity or innovation. They are mainly arts graduates who could not find jobs and joined government sector.

They have a mafia that other professions will not become secretaries. They sit on their bloody ass and retire.

Look at the guys like Mr. Rupasinghe, who was in engineer work in Mega Police ministry. He worked well in the previous government too. People like him should be given secretaries posts.

Look at the Brother of election commissioner, who is heading ICT ministry. He doesnt know anything in ICT.
Meka thamai karume. In Singapore most of the ministries are headed by Engineers or scientists.
