sterling එක කොහොමද බන්.. මට sterling එකේ free දෙකක් තියනව බන්..

I have experience in both places. I have 5 free services. 3 more remaining. Both times they couldn't adjust oil levels. 2nd time I went to Narahenpita Location to remove excess oil because kadawatha branch is closed on Sundays.



2nd free service they made huge mistake. They have apologized but permanent damage to original paint of my car. I have all the videos and photos.



Next time onwards I'm going to toyota lanka cos mine is full gasoline. So I need not to worry abt hybrid battery. Anyway sterling is also giving 2 years or 100000km warranty. Car will run 30000km max for the 2 years.


Also next time I will not buying with Sterling.

Rathmalana Accident Repair
They accepted my uncle's car after rear buffer and dikey door bit damaged. They said that they can do according to dealer quality without any change.Replace the buffer and adjusted the dikey door.


But finally dikey door accident was visible. space between door and vehicle body was different in both sides.



Best thing is once brother showed the differences they are saying no one can brought the car to original condition after accident. But they accepted the car after saying that it is minor and possible.


Dematagoda


I used caltex oil for my previous car. They suggest me to put mobil when I say no need they were saying engine require flush since oil sludge is there. Since my brother is also automobile field I gave a call n asked abt do I really need to do then He clearly said car is running well and no need unnecessary things. Got escaped from that becos of my brother.



But when they were removing drain nut they damaged the copper ring that prevents oil leaking. Had to replace with auminium one.



that was the last day of my automiraj service.


Advice

What ever service you go be with your vehicle. Then you know what are the things they have done.
