battery % issues will come as a definite... but then again, either you replace the battery or sell it off to someone who can get it done. Also, the battery life span depends on the total of Kms done rather than the time spent isnt it ? ... so if you have low milage, you can run for another good 4-5 years on the same???

again, a replacement battery would cost you around 500k right? ... considering the cost saved for the 5 years of running, i dont think that's too much ???

yes. battery is the most common

but
due to traffic condition, electronic clutch and cvt transmission wear out faster
inverter running under stress so it can fail anytime without early warning



generator and motor is a single part. usually they are robust and last quite some long time.


other electronics, sensors can fail due to high humidity and environment of sri lanka.

Nothing will happen. I use a hybrid that is now 7 years old and I only do regular maintenance.
The battery replacements will come obviously.

It'll lose market value but then again the model I use the price has been consistent for the last 3-4 years. I don't care about selling price either way.
