Do you know how long a satellite functions? It’s lifetime. Do you know why satellite phones are so expensive. Because they have to cover all costs within 15 years because after that satellite is just a space junk.

Yes, Every Satellite has a lifetime, 10-15 years. That's why they are launching their satellites time to time. Their is no satellite company that launch their sats in every day or even every year. That's one reason they launched supremesat-3 in 2018. supremesat provide services to many telecommunication companies including local ones like dialog tv. they provide their services for sattelite tv market in middle east countries as well.
