NTB has the worst freaking service. Oh my god. At the Maharagama Banch I didn't get a service without a problem. So immature. Worst customer care. When you ask for a service, they often go and ask another guy to help-out, then that guy telephones another.

අපි කස්ටමර්ස්ලා තමයි බන්. ඒත් අරූගෙ තරහ සාධාරනයි. ක්‍රෙඩිට් කාර්ඩ් ණය ගෙවන්න බැරිනම් ක්‍රෙඩිට් කාඩ් නොගෙන ඉන්න ඕන.

Maharagama is the most useless branch. After Mr Nalaka left branch service has gone to dogs or dogs have come in to branch as managers
