I don't know who advised you this config but all what I know is you have wasted money.

You bought Ryzen 5 3400 config with B450 motherboard to play games spending 80K

Then why you selected 16GB unless you plan to do Photo editing

So these are the difference you need to sort out. Even qualified dealers can provide better system than some of your friends who advice you.
