I work in a leading garments exporting company, with deep regret to say that, all our buyers(Majority from Europe and USA)has cancel their orders upto 2021 May.. We have already inhouse raw materiels for the production and already shipped finished goods. We'll expecting major workforce cutbacks to ensure the survival of the company. We have nearly 2000 employees.

• Real estate value goes down which has been overpriced (Lands in residential areas or near to Colombo or Apartments ). This may not happen for lands were there for cheap prices (paddy fields and big plots)
• Money in the bank is also a problem, if crisis is big sometimes government won't allow you to withdraw them. You can remember this happened in Greece. So cash in hand is better even without the interest
• If the rupee depreciates like now, then again having cash in rupees also problematic
• Only option is invest into something which can generate cash During the crisis not every method can generate cash, there are certain areas.

අනිත් එක මචෝ, අපි හැම එකාටම සෙට් වෙන මොකක් හරි බිස්නස් එකක් තියෙනවා කියලා මම හිතනවා බං. සමහර එවුන්ට ෆෝරෙක්ස්, සමහර එවුන්ට්ස් ඩ්‍රොප් ශිපින්, තවත් සමහර එවුන්ට ගොවිතැන් වගේ.

ඉතින් තමන් හරියටම නොදන්න, තමන්ට හරියටම සෙට් වෙන්නෙ නැති දෙයක් කරන්න සල්ලි ඉන්වෙස්ට් කරලා රිස්ක් එක ගන්නවට වඩා හොදයි, රුපියලේ අගය අඩු වුනත් සල්ලි ටික බැංකුවෙම තියෙන් ඉන්න එක කියලයි මම පුද්ගලිකව හිතන්නෙ.

මමත් පහුගිය ටිකේ මේ ගැන සෑහෙන කල්පනා කලා, රිසර්ච් කලා. ඒත් ඊට පස්සෙ මම තීරනය කලා දැන් කරන් යන බිස්නස් එකම කොහොමහරි තවත් හොදට කරන් යන්න, තවත් හොදට මාකට් කරන්න, මගෙ විෂයෙ තවත් අලුත් සහ තවත් ඇඩ්වාන්ස් දේවල් ඉගෙන ගන්න.
