Upon what research?

The same research you and I are both capable of : Google![]()
Care to share what you found about CMA being partial in ranking countries?

The fact that the research is only available in the CMA website and quoted only on SL websites should definitely ring the alarm bells.![]()
While it's true that pro-govt SL websites are using this ranking as propaganda, the thing is: I'm not seeing SL has to pay anything to secure a top position in such a ranking, we're doing better than most countries already, are we not?
Why pay(I strongly believe they did) for something like this when they have actually done a good job?How many times do I have to say this? The govt has done a good job with regards to controlling the pandemic and my only complaint is the number of tests/million.
However, we don't seem to rank well with the research done by the West - god knows why?..maybe they are impartial?
Given our political culture, paying for something like this is peanuts...Why pay(I strongly believe they did) for something like this when they have actually done a good job?
This is what I've been saying, there is no obvious reason for us to be unable to rank well in an "impartial" ranking. The ranking which puts us in the 16th position among high-risk countries (which is being used as propaganda by pro-opposition elements) doesn't reveal all their criteria claiming those are "proprietary" so it's hard to see where we have scored low.
Yes, all this hullabaloo about politicized rankings and the inaccuracy of previous similar rankings has led us to conclude that we shouldn't overly depend or worry about such rankings but the notion that the government has to pay in order to make it look like their response to this crisis is acceptable doesn't sound right - we who live in the middle of it all see and approve how the govt has managed the pandemic in SL so far, do we not?
lol...I meant **aren't impartial** '..I edited it about 1 min later....
