i think we are miles ahead compared to some countries we thought are democratic heavens.so there's something about our system that helped manage the situation better dont u think?
perhaps being less democratic is the best way to face situations like this.
centralized governments can do things that would require lengthy chains of approval in an overly democratic system.
That's why I want six remunerated Non-SriLankans to run it. That's the only way to manage it. We should completely take it off our sub-standard politicos.
I have no faith in anyone. They all are the same. Only some think otherwise.
PS: I usually do not comment on politics because I'm fed up talking it.
