It's a good TV. Has a 120Hz panel with a 14ms lag and good for gaming. Good upscaling and Motion display. Also supports HDR10+

The downsides are that it is Edge-Lit. If you can get a Q70 (the pricing difference was not much) it is far better performing.
The Q70 series came with FALD (Full Array with Local Dimmimg) - This kind of backlighting is the Gold standard in LED TVs. Much brighter whites and Darker Blacks.
Don't get me wrong. I am not saying that the Q60 is bad. Only that Q70 is better.

We have the same TV. not bad. We have UHD 4K and this one. compare with that. This one is better. but it is better if you can buy LG OLED.

No... The one to replace the OLED is the MicroLED. Samsung is leading and they do have working panels. Also LG is developing these. But don't expect to buy these soon.
