Who ever told you that it's not true? If a fresh graduate salary is more than 200K, then an SSE must be paid at least 3-4 times more, which equates to at least 6-7 lakhs. I just took part in a TL interview (IAM) at WSO2 before last week for a salary of between 4-4.5 lakhs. Also at Sysco (in the industry, Sysco pays more than WSO2) for an SSE 2.7Laks. Why are people saying such things about wages, and believe me, if you simply focus on the money, you will gain nothing because, at the end of the day, it is about hard work, dedication, talent, and self-studying/practicing best techniques. Even Serge Global will not pay 5 lakhs for a TL. I'm also an IT manager with almost a decade of experience in the industry. One of my cousins works as a solution architect for a Dubai-based IT firm. Don't let others to fool you. I even forwarded this message to a friend who working as a TL for a UK based well reputed company which located in sri lanka, he said "kawuda bn ohoma denne freshek ta pissuda"

starting 225k deela tibba ucsc 4th year set ekakata in 2020. SSE lokuwata wadi natuwa ati 3 lakz kittu ati kohewat SE ge salary 3-4 times wadi wenne naa. Normally SSE salary =1.5 times SE salary. IFS wage gattot SE 90k-100k and SSE 150k minimum

I really confused about the comments guys. As I said normally fresh graduate hired as a training software engineer if he/she have already completed his/her intern period. Then after 0.5-1 years he/she will be promoted to Associate software engineer. Then again after 0.5-1 year he/she will be promoted to the SE position (normally for a SE, requires 2 years of experience in industry). That is why I said for a SSE it should multiply by 3-4x times comparing with training software engineering salary since he/she is a fresh graduate. Guys. I think I don't know what's you're talking about. Sorry my bad. බලාගෙන ගිහාම guys මම ඉඳල තියෙන්නෙ ලන්කාවෙ නෙවේ ද කොහෙද.. හී හී

So2 its really a pressure environment(most of the teams) also management issues too.
Sysco , obviously workload is high when compared to other companies.
As far aa i can heard of, IFS is now offering high sals for new employees and trying to get old employees to that levels with increments.
