Also, at WSO2 you can get promoted to SSE in just one year if you perform very well.

….As I said normally fresh graduate hired as a training software engineer if he/she have already completed his/her intern period. Then after 1-1.5 years he/she will be promoted to Associate software engineer. Then again after 1-2 years he/she will be promoted to the SE position.
sorry mistake. with an internship 6 months or 1 year. this is depend on the performance, work ethics, etc...WTF ? කොහෙද internship කරලා එන උන් trainee විදියට 1-1.5 years ඉදලා, තව 1-2 ASE ඉන්නෙ SE promote වෙන්න ?
