Nice initiative from WSO2 management.

All USD revenue companies should at least add an inflation bonus on top of the normal salary. I think this way it is much more practical than having a fixed USD salary.

I'm not saying it will happen, but what if LKR appreciates against the USD?

I don't think the SL government allow to happen this, because right now we have a foreign currency shortage.

I think in the way above person described it they can do it without any problem.

It's not they are issuing USDs to a PFC account or something.
They keep the salary references in USD internally. At the end of each month, they basically multiply the USD salary reference with USD/LKR rate and issue LKR.
