A Master of Science in Computer Science (MSC) is a postgraduate degree that is typically focused on the technical aspects of computer science, such as programming, algorithm design, and software engineering.
In contrast, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a postgraduate degree that covers a broad range of business topics, such as accounting, finance, Sales and marketing.

An MBA provides a well-rounded education in business that can help software engineers to move into management roles. In addition, an MBA is often required for senior executive positions. MBA focuses more on connecting technology with the business. Connecting technology with Average users.

However, an MSC may be a better choice for software engineers who want to stay focused on the technical aspects of their field. An MSC can provide deeper knowledge in specific areas of computer science, which can be beneficial for those who want to pursue research or development roles.

Eg: Google's CEO Sundar Pichai doesn't do coding. :) He is more into expanding Google's market share. He is more focused on how to connect technology with the business. He says that we shall develop this kind of AI to do this type of thing. He is making decisions that can achievable. because he knows software engineering too. He knows this by pursuing an MBA.

To implement Sundar Pichai's idea and make it into reality he wants skilled people who are more specialized in the AI field. That kind of software engineer has MSC in AI or Ph.D. in AI.

If Google wants a new CEO they are more focused on people who have management skills, people who have an MBA, and people who have presentation skills. But if google wants to do a major optimization for google's search engine they are looking for specific skill sets. People with MSC in specific areas. Because its not about presentation stuff. Its real coding.

Also having an MBA doesn't make you the CEO of a company or having MSC doesn't make you the head of the technical department. Maybe you do not need any of those to become an CEO of a company. :) It all comes downs to how your performance in each field, how far you can go and what you bring to the table :)

    Hope you get the idea.

What's common between Programming and Business Administration? (assuming you aren't the manager of a company in Software business)
