So no wonder why people scramble to put the victim into Tuktuks..

අපේ උන්ට ඒ දැනීම නැහැ බන්. ඉස්සර 80/90 කාලේ ජාතික රූපවාහිනියේ නම් පොඩි ෆස්ට් ඒඩ් සීරිස් එකක් ගියා. තාම මතකයි ඒවා.

Time for AKD to launch a prmotional campaign requesting citizens to wait for an Ambulance..
They have a good intention to save that injured cyclist, but illiteracy and not having any knowledge regarding the consequence of those actions can lead that injured guy to be crippled. So yes, it's high time to educate the people and introduce a new task force to give essential first aid. This can be implemented with motorcyclist paramedics.
