I mean, preparing the patient transport and giving essential treatments will save lives. We all know that an ambulance will take considerable time to reach the destination, and that time is critical in saving lives. So why not instigate a new task force that cyclist paramedics can reach at the site and give them essential critical treatment before the ambulance reaches the site? Since Sri Lanka has heavily congested roads, this will be quite useful, I think.
