    Stop this BS guys..

Taking too much vitamin D primarily leads to vitamin D toxicity (hypervitaminosis D), which causes an unhealthy buildup of calcium in your blood, known as hypercalcemia. Because vitamin D is fat-soluble, the excess is stored in body tissues rather than flushed out in urine. [1, 2]
According to the Mayo Clinic, the recommended safe upper limit for most adults is 4,000 IU daily unless otherwise directed by a doctor. [1]

The Effects of Excess Vitamin D
The primary health risks are driven by high calcium levels in the blood, which can result in: [1, 2]

    • Digestive issues: Nausea, vomiting, poor appetite, and stomach pain.
    • Neurological symptoms: Confusion, dizziness, fatigue, and in severe cases, altered mental states.
    • Renal complications: Excessive thirst, frequent urination, painful kidney stones, and in extreme cases, kidney injury or failure.
    • Bone and muscle weakness: Paradoxically, high calcium can lead to bone loss and muscle weakness.
    • Other systemic issues: High blood pressure and abnormal heart rhythms. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]

    Important Details
    • Toxicity isn't caused by the sun: You cannot get vitamin D toxicity from too much sun exposure, as your body regulates how much it produces. Toxicity almost exclusively happens from mega-dosing with supplements. [1, 2]
    • If you suspect an overdose: If you believe you have taken too much and are experiencing adverse symptoms, consult your healthcare provider or reach out to a local poison control service, such as the Poisons Information Centre (if you are in Australia). [1]

Honestly speaking, I never felt comfortable with this Vitamin D hype, mentioning over and over and over just like @Emios used to mention certain weird things repeatedly in the past..

Is there any case studies that have identified Vit D toxicity in any human due to overdose?

I told to check with a doctor.and 1000iu or even 2000iu will never cause toxicity taken daily.ask your chatgpt

People can have all sort of allergies, complications etc., for supplements..

    Look at the above screenshots..

You have been over and over and over advertising a supplement, in the recent past, implying you know what you are talking about..

You could get sued for damages if a member suffers complications or allergies..

    Careful with what you doing..

I am not doing any business here, and I take full responsibility for what I say. I have already shared the prescription as well—I hope you saw it. I deleted the mentioned name because I cannot take responsibility for what others might say about this topic. I have also added a note mentioning that in the main post.

I simply shared my honest experience here, and I agree with your point about 'vitamin D toxicity.' Any other questions, machan?"

Now foods is frequently 3rd party tested unlike many brands.I recommend it because of that.not some fkn business.and taking cheap brands can contain heavy metals that can cause more problems than vitamin d later
