මගේ ලැපේ දැන් අවුරුදු 3 හමාරක් තිස්සේ Windows 7 දාලා තියෙන්නේ. ඩොන්ගල් එක ගහපු ගමන් ඔටෝ කනෙට් උනා මෑත වෙනකන් Mobile Broad Band connection එකක් හැටියට. ඒත් මෑතකදි ඉඳන් බං මොබයිල් බ්‍රෝඩ් බෑන්ඩ් සොෆ්ට්වෙයාර් එකේ interface එකේ සිග්නල් බාර් එකේ මෙහෙම කතිරයක් වැටිලා තියෙනවනෙ බං සිග්නල් කණු එකක්වත් පෙන්නන්නේ නෑ ඩොංගල් එක ගැහුවම.





අනික උඩින් වැටිලා තියෙනවා අර වෙලාව වැටෙන තැන net icon එක ක්ලික් කලාම unidentify network කියලත්.




දැන් ඔටෝ කනෙට් වෙන එක වෙන්නෙත් නෑ. ඒ වෙනුවට මැනුවල් ගිහින් Set up a new network or connection ගිහින් Set up a new network click කලාම පැය ගානක් සර්ච් නම් වෙනවා ඒත් ගන්නේ නෑ බං. ඒ වෙනුවට දැන් කරන්නේ set up a dial up connection ගිහින් හරි Mobile broadband connection software එකේ interface එකේ connection button එක click කරලා හරි මැනුවල් කනෙක්ට් වෙන එක බං. අතන සිග්නල් කණුවේ කතිරයක් තිබ්බට කනෙක්ට් නම් වෙනවා. මේ හුයන්න හදාගන්න විදිහක් කියපල්ලකො බන්. මං නැති වෙලේ මගෙ ලැප් එක අරෙගෙන මොකක් හරි හුයන්නක් කරලා බං ගෙදර උන්දෑ . ඇහුවට කියන්නෙත් නෑ.

Machan uninstall dongle drivers and software. restart. install drivers and everything from the beginning. it should work then​

01. uninstall the mobile partner software
02. uninstall the drivers (in device manager)
03. restart pc
04. install dongle again (try using a usb port which u have never used for donagle [if available])

if not working,
check if there any other softwares (you recently installed) that might have something to do with network drivers, if necessary uninstall them and try above again
