I bought this bike in July 2010 for Rs. Rs 140000/- from a dealer for DPMC . It is still with me for more than 5.5 years. It completed 102000Km today and I have used this for long trips, short trips, hilly, sloppy areas and extremely bad rural road conditions to nicer road condition in Colombo. and It is my first bike.

After 72000km I had to change Pistons, clutch, valves since the engine oil was burnt.(smoke)

Still the bike performances almost equal to a new bike performances. After unlimited but careful usage for over 5.5 years.. I am writing this review.

==Positives(+)=

• Better mileage
  
• 0km-5000km - about 65 kmpl
  
• 5000km- 35000km- about 70-80kmpl
  
• 35000km-50000km -about 60-70kmpl
  
• 50000km-72000km-about 45-55kmpl

@ 72000km

from 72000km upto now-(102000km) about 65kmpl

Reliable engine

Good gear system to handle speed and power. easy to shift as all are backwards. no confusion.

Negatives

• gear problem - although it has a good gear system. Some times gear shifts form 1st to neutral automatically. this happened several time for me. That can be dangerous when riding hills.

• Not suitable for long trips- It makes back pains

• Switches of signal lights, main lights not works properly at the rainy conditions

• Should properly maintain. Have to do the service at the right time, should use good engine oil. should not kept in crouching sun when you park it

Special thing that i do>>

Using tubeless MRF for rare tyre - This avoids slipping (used Nitrogen for tyres)
Using Engine oil- "Mobil" when ever possible.
Using the big chain with the sprocket wheels - (This avoids frequent chain adjustments)
Servicing on time - If couldn't changing engine oil at least.
