Now, imagine the robot loses AI, its feeling about its existence, or self. Now, it is just a robot. Now, in case of electrical short, the robot (not a person/self) experiences the electrical discomfort. But who feels it? Who has the discomfort?, who has the mental pain?

Exactly, buddha has shown that a being is nothing but a group of 5 (empty by itself) entities in which nothing can be taken as self or I. Physical pain is a part of this 5 skandhas, which has no owner.

Like the AI robot think he has pain and stuff. But we (wise) know that there is nobody to own than pain in there.

Lets say someone near you went away.as long as you are a bundle of this 5 sknadhas even if you are no longer have the idea of being the owner of these 5.someone went away feeling will be there.The empty feeling will arise?is it a posibility?

Who/what is "someone"?. "Someone" is something that your distorted perception creates. There is no "someone" for arihat (in true nature, not sammuthi). No, upadhana skandhas, no world around you.
