    අපි ආතල් ගත්තට උන්ට සාමාන්‍ය කෑමක් ඕක අපේ බඩට උන්ගෙ වතුර සෙට් නෑ ඒකයි අවුල.
We are not used to the organisms present in their raw food & water. E-coli & Salmonella are quite common. Somehow we returned back without a problem. I carried all the medications just in case as we had a group of six travelling. I had powerful anti-bacterials against gastro bugs, anti-virals etc. Never ate anything raw from the buffet. Exception was only green chilli without which I cannot survive. So I dipped them in boiling water first.
Only fruits consumed were bananas & mango. In Jammu/Kashmir the hotel guys said not to worry as these parts are much healthier than the South. But didn't take any risks with uncooked food.
    Also no ice in drinks...

Bangalore is a really good city.Been there twice.Stayed at leela palace for two days in last visit. The experience really makes you feel living in a palace.
