those days that was my life. I worked for sunken.. and now I m doing business. .. construction, real estate, etc.. but I wish the salaries were higher. because I love the field... the life of many civil engineers hasn't changed a bit..

I understand it machan. I am one of the few out of EN who earns higher than people who actually stuck to the field. CS guys can earn higher staying i their field anyway . Fuckers who went to EE end up at CEB or some shithole at lower salaries. Believe Civil is the same. Material/Chemical un gana kathaa karala wadak nathuwa athi.

yah ban..my best friend is also a CE.. fucker got so much experience.. way better than me. he has experience in design as well. but went from permanent job to a contract job because of the salaries.. now the project is over and fhe is jobless.. and now don't want to go for a low salary.. with his experience he can earn millions abroad.. but companies seek for young ones now.. low salaries and no attachments ne.. marola wada gaththahaki....

Proper carrier guidance ekak nati ekai ban scene eka. Few years before I graduated telco was the shit. Starting salaries were 50k per month but dialog took around 80 from EN for over 80K per year. I think that is one reason EN went up the ranks. But after that bubble blew up the job market came down. Only then people started looking at CS jobs.

Even I wanted to EN because I wanted to be part of that group. But luckily I endedup going for a different training and doing a job that isn't related to EN (Only the thinking got me this job. I didn't know shit when I joined it). Oka tama scene eka machan.
