Most done by 10-17 year old kids and even make tiktok videos hooning around in stolen cars. Then they crash them somewhere and leave. Few who get caught don't become liable for their actions. I have been a victim many times and lost the count of how many cars I lost

Even for this one cops took my police complaint but also told me don't expect for them to follow up because they don't really investigate these.
