නිකන් පොර ටෝක්ස් දෙන්න එපා,
එහෙම උස යන්නෙ නැහැ.

as far as i know,
if you need hormone replacement therapy,
you have to consult an endocrinologist,
ex - Dr prasath katulanda (university of colombo )
then he may prescribe some hormones,
probably GH(human growth hormone)
but as far as my concern, your height gain is limited by the fact by your age,
male growth epiphysial plates of bones will close at about 23 years of age,
and the growth is minimum towards the end.
so my advice is that expensive GH analogues doesn't give much of a height,
probably less than 2 inches.
do some regular exercises (stretch)
have good nutrition,
which will lead you for another 1 inch.
beyond that are jokes and dreams,
so please don'r waste your money unless you have lot of them.
and your height is determined by genetics, which nobody can change, so what we can do is just support to get the maximum output from the available genetic potentials,
thanks,
