Agree, Just multiply the impact by 2x for Sri Lanka.. Indian unta Layoffs awath thawa oni tharan vacancies thiyenawa.. i have team mates in India, buggers getting 2x the PayScale than Sri Lankan counterpart.

This is fake news. According to the top management, there is no information about any layoffs. Aravinda de Silva is one of the directors at MIT ESP. But they incurred financial losses last year.
