Jeppo then did the right thing by backing out of the govt and helping MR get elected. Rest is history.

Also Ranil is the main reason for the country's bankruptancy. It was his yahapalana govt that raised the most number of short turm high interest ISB's for which the Gota govt later defaulted. Now for some he appears to be the saviour, after casting the country in to the fire in the first place

During the time LTTE eliminated nearly all the Army informants, killed Lakshman Kariagaramar, rearmed with the help of Norweigian "facilitators" consolidated their positions in North and East.
