It seems like you are talking about fixed rate home loans.
All the banks in Australia provide identical services with almost same interest rates. Whatever monies you kept in an interest saver account, or home loan offset account is free of interest.
You can't access any money you pay to reduce the capital, or any extra money give as deposit to reduce the loan. But if you put that extra money in an offset account or MISA account you can access that money. Savings from interest payments will be exactly the same.
