මචං Singapore වල තෝරා ගත්තු Government Institute කීපයක හැර අනික් colleges වල අයට part time කරන්න දෙන්නේ නෑ. හැබැයි සමහර Private Institutes නම් course එකටම එකතු කරලා Job placement එකක් දෙනවා මාස 6 ක වගේ. අන්න එහෙම Institute එකක් හොයා ගන්න පුළුවන් නම් ලොකු අවස්තාවක්.

සාමාන්‍යයෙන් ඔයාට ලක්ෂ 3.5 ඉදන් 6 වගේ මුදලක් අතරේ Singapore වලට student visa එකක් ගන්න පුළුවන්.

ensure that maintenance funds are genuinely available to the applicant, by introducing a declaration on the visa application form;

commit to publish a list of financial institutions that we consider, on the basis of experience, do not verify financial statements to our satisfaction in more than 50 per cent of a sample of cases;

introduce a streamlined application process for low-risk nationals applying to attend courses with Highly Trusted Sponsors;

extend the list of courses for which students must receive ATAS clearance;
restrict the ability to deliver accountancy courses accredited by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) to those sponsors accorded platinum or gold status by ACCA; and

clarify the position of overseas universities with campuses in the UK.

ඔව් මචං. මේ වෙද්දී UK වලට PR කෙසේ වෙතත් අඩුමතරමින් Student Visa එකක් වත් ගන්න බැරි වෙන තත්ත්වයකුයි උදාවෙලා තියෙන්නේ. කොහොමත් මුල ඉදන්ම වගේ UK කියන්නේ Aussie, NZ වගේ Direct PR apply කරන්න ලේසි රටක් නෙමෙයි. Student visa වලට පස්සේ apply කරන්න පුළුවන් PSW (Post Study Work) visa එක තමයි UK PR එකට තිබුන ලේසිම මග. ඒත් දැන් එකටත් Restrictions වැඩියි.

කොටින්ම කිවුවොත් ඉස්සරහට UK PR වලට ම තමයි.

1. මචං Aussie work permits එක එක categories තියනවා. හැබැයි මචං Degree එකක් කියන්නේ ඒ වගේ visa එකකට පිළිගන්න මූලිකම (minimum) සුදුසුකමක්. ඉතින් ඔයාට කොහොමත් degree එක ඉවර කරලා එකේ certificates තියෙන්න ඕනේ මූලිකම පියවර උනත් පටන් ගන්න.

හැබැයි මචං Aussie වලට 1 year work experience නම් මදි වෙයි මම දන්න විදියටනම්, අඩුම ගානේ අවුරුදු 3 ක් වත් තියෙන්නේ ඕනේ.

2. ඔයාගේ Degree එක කරලා තියෙන්නේ English medium ඒකෙන නෙමෙයි නම් ඔයාට IELTS අනිවාර්යයෙන් ඕනේ වෙනවා. Aussie work visa එකකට O/L, A/L English results වලින් apply කරන්න කොහෙත්ම බෑ.

මචං මම ඔය කියන ගණන් දාලා තියෙන්නේ NZ Polytechnics and Private Colleges වලයි. මොකද එහෙ UNI වල ගණන් අපේ කොල්ලොන්ට කෙල්ලොන්ට දරා ගන්න ටිකක් අමාරුයි. නික එවුවාට ඉල්ලන Entry requirements වුනත් ගොඩාක් තදයි. අඩුම තරමින් IELTS 6 / 6.5 වත් තියෙන්න ඕනේ.

ඔයා අහල තියන අනික් දේට මචං මම මෙහෙම උත්තරයක්‌ දෙන්නම්. ඔයාගේ අරමුණ NZ ගිහින් Degree එක Complete කරලා එන එක හෝ ඒ රටේ work visa හෝ PR එක අරගැනීම නම් NZ college එකකින් ඔය දේ ලේසියෙන්ම කර ගන්න පුළුවන්. මොකද UK වල Degree එකක් ඉවර කරන්න ඔයාට අවුරුද්දකට අඩුම තරමින් £ 10,000 (රුපියල් ලක්ෂ 17 ක් 18) ක් විතර යනවා.

හැබැයි මචං මට එකක් 100% sure කරලා කියන්න පුළුවන්. UK වල part time job එකක් හොයා ගන්න එක නම් කිසිසේත්ම ලේසි වෙන්නේ නෑ. ලංකාවෙන් ගිය කොල්ලෝ ගොඩාක් මේ වෙද්දී Part Time jobs නැතුව අමාරුවෙන් ඉන්නේ. හැබැයි ඉතින් ඔයාගේ ලගම නෑදෑයෙක් හරි යාලුවෙක් හරි එහෙ ස්ථාවරව ඉන්නවා නම් ප්‍රශ්නයක් වෙන එකකුත් නෑ.

හැබැයි ඉතින් NZ වල නම් කතාව ටිකාක් වෙනස්. මොකද එහෙ ඉන්නේ බොහොම අඩු ජනගහනයක්. අපිව හම්බෙන්න එන Institute Managersලා වුනත් කියන්නේ එයාලට මීට වඩා පිරිසක් එයාලගේ රටට ඕනේ කරනවා කියලයි. මම දන්නා විදියට නම් මේ යන විදියට NZ වල තව අවුරුදු දෙකක් ඇතුලත් Part time job හිගයක් නම් එන එකක් නෑ. මොකද තව ටික කාලෙකින් එයාලට Rugby world cup එක වගේම Cricket world cup එකටත් Host කරන්න ලැබෙනවා.
