Lot of Nursers come as caregiver and even that is an under employment, considering the intense training they go through for 3 years at training institute and there after the training they get at hospital.
Care giver coursers are for 3 -6 month duration and freely available for any person!
So just compare a Pilot being employed for driving a Bus! Imagine the frustration. It may not be always the money that matters in your life.
Caregiving cannot be done by any person though they are related fields to Health !
This is not the first time and will not be the last for such incidents. Even before pandemic there were Uni Professors who went to MLT or lower that that positions!
