You are talking about making a vaccine out of convalescent plasma. First of all Plasma is what you get after centrifuging blood really fast with an anticoagulant. It's the liquid component of blood yellowish-brown. This plasma contains the antibodies from the infected donor who has been recovered from the virus. This recovered person naturally contains the antibodies created by his body. This is transferred to the other person who is sick to boost his immunity.
Convalescent plasma is a passive transfer of antibodies. A vaccine OTOH triggers your immune system to make antibodies. You cannot use convalescent plasma as a vaccine. But it might be used to help to protect some people like health-care staff.
A vaccine is administered before the exposure to the disease and will generate enough antibodies to prevent infection. A vaccine uses the immune system’s memory response to train it to detect and respond to specific pathogens. The two are different.
