ඉන්ග්රීසි පොඩ්ඩක් තිබ්බම ඇති. ඉතුරු ටික ඇවිල්ල හදාගන්න පුලුවන්. කොහොමත් ඉන්ග්රීසි ලියාගන්නවත් බැරි නම් AMC එක්සෑම්ස් කරන්න බෑනෙ.
ඉන්ග්රීසිත් ඕනේ නේද? මම දන්න විදිහට නර්ස් ලාට දොස්තරලාට සහා ගුරුවරුන්ට ඉහලම ඉන්ග්රීසි සුදුසුකම් ඕනේ.

If any one can do one year internship in srilanka, he she would be paying all the debts to the country. Working almost 24 /7.
Plus if anyone can do internship in SL, they can thrive anywhere.

A mere year of work is inadequate to alleviate the burden they have placed upon the Sri Lankan public. However, let's divert us from that aspect as it's not the primary topic of discussion of this thread.
While internships are available to medical students in Sri Lanka, it's crucial to recognize the disparities in training. Sri Lankan students often receive education based on older UK syllabus and work with outdated instruments and knowledge, which may limit their preparedness compared to Australian counterparts.
So, it is misleading to suggest that Sri Lankan medical students can thrive anywhere without acknowledging the impact of these differences in training and resources.
You're disregarding the fact that one was nourished in fertile soil (Australia) while the other was left in barren ground (Sri Lanka with low resources and knowledge).
Medical education must emphasize not only clinical knowledge but also communication skills and empathy. This is especially crucial because some patients often feel disrespected or misunderstood by their physicians, which unfortunately has become a reputation associated with Sri Lankan doctors.
The perceived proficiency gap between certain Sri Lankan government university passed out doctors and Australian graduates is substantial.
