machan mama 23yrs eth mama ada mama gana godak sathutu wena thanakata awith innawa. E wagema mama podi kale idan dream karapu dream job eka karanne. Sallith prashnayak na poddakwath.

Mama therum gaththa eka deyak thanai machan honesty nathuwa ne loke jeewath wenna ba hodin. Mama samahara wada waladi karana de perfectly karanna one nisa paya ganan wiyadam karala thiyenawa. - honesty
    - take responsibility for what you are doing.
    - be friendly with the client and help him to choose the correct path
    - whatever you do, do it perfectly. Even if the outcome is exact same, go for the best way. You will probably spend more time for the same task that a cheap bugger would have done easily, but your reward for the perfect work will come to you someday, but definitely.
    - save as much as you can. Start an emergency fund and save at least 6 months of your income and don't touch it unless you are in a big trouble.
    - invest in lands. It can't go wrong.
    - get a credit card. Spend wisely. The banks will like you, and that helps you when you are in your thirties.
    - cars and bikes are devaluating by the time. If you are in your twenties, such a bit more and use public transport. Spend wisely.
    - treat your parents well.
    - I can't recommend this to you, but travel as much as you can in your young days. It will cost 4 times more when you are married. Besides, having several visa stickers and immigration seals is my kind of swag.
    - smile. Always.
    - go to bars, clubs. Try new sorts of entertainment.
    - wear t shirts. You won't get same treatments as one with a full suit, but internally, you know you have way more wealth than that assistant manager who probably earns a few per hour.

    do whatever you feel like.

the best opinion is yours. it can be right and it can be wrong, but it was still your decision, always respect your decision, you still can get the allion if you want, put a down payment and pay for it in installment.
