This is as good as the original registered one. The bank will not be interested about the copy of the deed but actual registration in the volume in the land registry. Banks ask for normally a title report from a lawyer from their panel and this is the document that they will rely on to grant the loan. So, do not worry about the lost deed. If you know about the volume and folio of your deed's registration you can even obtain copies of the folio of the volum where your deed is registered.
